A humble appeal to Minister of Home affairs

 Dear Sir,

May I have the indulgence to address your  kind self on a matter which may or may not have an implication on the esteemed reputation of Singapore.

I am referring to the disreputable professional website Temasek Review Emeritus (TRE)  which I describe  as being run by a bunch of swindling hustlers, the main culprit is a despicable individual named Andrew who unfortunately is self-exiled in China and seems to be in control of TRE operations  remotely from his safe haven in China.which puts him out of the reach of the law.

I run a blogger myself which I set up as a result of  an injustice by ex-PM Lee Kuan Yew I became acquainted with Andrew for his help in publishing  my posts on TRE. We became quite friendly and I trusted him as an ingenuous  person never suspecting him for once his innate predatory character.

The TRE was faced with having to go for immediate extensive repairs or faced complete disintegration. They had no fund and crowdfunding produced little fund. I persuaded my bosom businessman friend Tan Chee Chye to donate two thousand dollars to TRE. They were still short of three thousand dollars and could not get any money from anywhere. Andrew pleaded with me to give a loan to save the TRE from demise. It was at the divine admonition that I gave a three thousand dollars loan to TRE as I believed it was for a good cause.not suspecting that at the back of his m9ind Andrew was already conspiring to swindle me of my money. by reneging on the loan repayment. The loan was given without interest and a long period of repayment. which no right-thinking person would make.

The tragic irony is that  when the time came for the repayment they reneged on it and Andrew deceitfully shifted the responsibility to the owner of TRE who turned out to be a will o' the wisp  type of individual and did a phantom vanishing act. Clearly they are a bunch of swindling hustlers and Andrew can be so despicable to prey on a 98 year-old vulnerable victim of his life saving should never be accepted in a benevolent democratic society like Singapore  I may try to get a lawyer  to recover the loan but may not be able to afford it if the fee is too exorbitant which may be more than my loan.

I leave it to God if He thinks that this is my fate  and to treat the swindle as a divine bequeathal loss. I will have to tighten my belt and to undergo bare survival. TRE is run  by a bunch of predators who masquerade as benevolent disseminators  of public service and your Honour may consider whether they should be allowed to continue to hoodwink the public. And whether the despicable Andrew  with his swindling-prone character of preying on vulnerable victims of their savings should be allowed to operate remotely from China where he is safe from any possible punishment.

So even if nothing can be done I don't think  they can escape the divine justice of God and retribution may be just a matter of time.

Hope you will give this appeal your sagacious consideration.

A hopeful respector Yoong Siew Wah
