A humble perception of the election campagne

 I have in fact ceased writing but the dramatic events of the election campagne confer on me the pleasure to make a humble percepton of the avalanche that  will fall upon the PAP.

The PAP started off the campagne with PM Lawrence Wong boasting of obtaining a strong mandate from the people to the diminution of the oppositoion to a state of mere existential survival. In fact the factitious  Lawrence Wong was confident he could contrive it. The first few days were all about PAP's godfather role in making Singapore what it is today. 

Awe-inspiting out of the blue emerged a pugnacious and brazen Pritam Singh with a fighting spirit seldom seen before. It's not unlike the PAP in the opposition in the GE in 1959. Pritam Singh was so forceful and so vociferous his address that rattled Lawrence Wong so severely that he became deranged and mentioned that three to four ministers  would be dispatched  from their GRCs in the GE. 

First likely to go will be Gan Kim Yong and he will meet his warerloo at the hands of WP Harpreet Singh. WP will retain Aljunied and Sengkang.m  The fourth to go  may be West Coast Jurong West helmed by Desmond Lee.

No doubt Pritam Singh will  be Lawrence Wong's Nemesis.

A penny for your thought

 My dear high and mighty PM Lawrence Wong. A penny for your thought. May I have the honour to ask you a simple question that is boggling the mind of the Singapore public? Would you be so kind as to give us a clear explanarion why is it you and your avaricious ministers need such obscene astronomical salaries to perform so-called golden public service to the people of Singapore. What is the criterior that you need more than our times the salary of the American President to serve Singapore? Is it that you insanely insists that Singapore is four times more important and larger than America and volume of service more complex and higher US? A birdeyes-view of the general election 2025

 The general election 2025 will take place by end of November 2025. So it piques the political parties to start a universal campaigne to entice the loyalties of the electors to vote for them in the GE. Quite naturally the PAP with its resources lost no time in the electioneering in pre-empting the opposition by sending their potential candidates to visit voters to endear themselves with them to vote for the PAP.  They are definitely in an advantage over the opposition in the bras de fer for votes and would likely romp home  quite easily. Needless to say this is going to be a zugzwang to the opposition and whatever they think it will definitely affect their chances of deminishing the votes of PAP.  PM Lawrence Wong expressed fear that the opposition may dislodge the PAP in the GE but he really said it with the tongue -in-cheek and within him he was never so sure of retaining power.
