The intricacies of A Timelesss Friendship

 Jess Chua was a vivacious Singapore damsel who studied at the Temasek Polithecnic but dis not have a tertiary education. She was imbued with a patriotism that abhors injustice. So she set up a website titled Singapore Politics where she she merrily posted jocular caricatures of the iniquities of  Lee Kuan Yew and the PAP. Lee was initially amused but over time he became disconcerted and showed his fangs. It became imminent that he was toying with inviting Jess  Chua as his guest in his holiday bungalows in Onreat Road. Jess had a premonition  and promptly decded to hightail to American as a safe haven. Thus Singapore sadly lost a picturersque political narrator who had enlivened the mind of the Singapore public.. Jess Chua was undeniably highly intellectual and her writing had paled some of the more established  writers.

I did not know her but she watched my blog Singapore Recalcitrant and was fascinated by my postings. She contacted me and we became friends. She was the only friend who helped me in my fight against PAP injustice. Our relationship was so intimately sentimental that it could only happen in a fiction and could have been mistaken as paramours. But we can only be paramours in our new life. She has panned an article on her website Singapore Politics titled A Timeless Friendship which narrates the intricacies and sentiments of our relationship in a manner no other damsels would write about their boyfriends. You may be lulled into imagining that it was all fiction. And it flabbergasted me that I am now in a state of mind that may assert the immortality of a democratic and egalitarian society. I will not be mortified by the non-chalant clowning animosity of so-called people's prime minister or SM because I am completely sequestered alone living quietly and going off quietly and they could angrily holler till the cows come home.

Jess Chua is an author with a pseudonym Jess C Scott. She has written a few books which received fair reviews..

 My dear high and mighty PM Lawrence Wong. A penny for your thought. May I have the honour to ask you a simple question that is boggling the mind of the Singapore public? Would you be so kind as to give us a clear explanarion why is it you and your avaricious ministers need such obscene astronomical salaries to perform so-called golden public service to the people of Singapore. What is the criterior that you need more than our times the salary of the American President to serve Singapore? A birdeyes-view of the general election 2025

 The general election 2025 will take place by end of November 2025. So it piques the political parties to start a universal campaigne to entice the loyalties of the electors to vote for them in the GE. Quite naturally the PAP with its resources lost no time in the electioneering in pre-empting the opposition by sending their potential candidates to visit voters to endear themselves with them to vote for the PAP.  They are definitely in an advantage over the opposition in the bras de fer for votes and would likely romp home  quite easily. Needless to say this is going to be a zugzwang to the opposition and whatever they think it will definitely affect their chances of deminishing the votes of PAP.  PM Lawrence Wong expressed fear that the opposition may dislodge the PAP in the GE but he really said it with the tongue -in-cheek and within him he was never so sure of retaining power.
