Was Lee Kuan Yew a Singapore Nelson Mandela?

 Was Lee Kuan Yew a Singapore Nelson Mandela?  Some may think so but Mandela highly world-wide respected for liberting South Africa. What did Lee Kuan Yew liberate? He and his bunch of shadow ministers were about to be liquidated by Lim Chin Siong and his bunch of pro-communist buddies like James Puthucheary when God intervened and assigned Chief Minister  Lim Yew Hock and Special Branch to rescue them from going to eternity. The whole lot of this revolutionary group were incarcerated paving the way for Lee Kuan Yew to ascend the prime ministership. But it was a self-government which however became Independent after Singapore was booted out of Malaysia.

Lee Kuan Yew's human -right record paled in comparison with Nelson Mandela who would no doubt have been horrified and viewed with contempt the 33 year incarcertion without trial of Chia Thye Poh and the over 20 year of Dr. Lim Hock Siew. He would not have lowered himself to compare and he would not have missed the more than 100 incarcerated under "Operation Coldstore", his brainchild to keep him in power. It's quite cynically ironical that Lord Selkirk, the British High Cmmissioner whose strong personailty and upigttness Lee Kuan yew never dared to triffle with, withheld his approval for the operation until he can be shown evident of imminent violence to capture power. How Lee Kuan Yew reacted he kept under wrap. It was the Malaysia PM Tengku Abdul Rahman who saved the day with his Malay diplomacy and persuaded Lord Selkirk to throw in his lot with them..

To take irony to such a hilarious jesting out of nowhere  emerged some crazy aficionados who plannd to organise a collection to build a memorial for Lee Kuan Yew. For what?  For some so-called achievements or for the atonement of his sins? The collection if made will be more meaningful if donated to charity.In fact he met his retribution when he was fatally ill and bed-ridden  before his death.

In fact he met more tnan his match in Lim Chin Siong and his his group of jolly freedom fighters. Lim controlled the Chinese mass base and Lee Kuan Yew would have been swept under with ease by Lim in any electoral contest. Lee was not so dumb as not to realise that. He even introduced Lim to his guests at a social party as the future prime minister of Singapore. If Lim Chin Siong was allowed to become prime minister we would get an insight of pro-communist rule in Singapore.

After the CUF were removed from the political scene we were entertained by a David and Goliath like fer de bra between Lee Kuan yew and Francis Seow. Francis acted alone but he was able to command such an overwhelming political pugnacity over a spirittually-subdued Lee Kuan Yew . He was arrticilately powerful and was an equal match to Lee.s prowess.which seemed to to have left him. He was like a political isunami that sent an intimidated Lee  Kuan Yew to look for cover. He thought of everything except using the ISA and it this goes on long enough he might end up a nervous wreck.He set up a Committe of Inquiry in Parliament House to denouce Francis.but instead he used the occasion to accuse me of being used by Francis to dismiss four dectectives for pilfering his poperty while investigating a housebreaking case.and had dismissed me as CPIB director. He knew it was a blatant lie and he had it telecast live to Singapore and the world. I became a celebrity but for the wrong reason.

Can I sue him for defamation?  Can you find a single Singapore judge who had the courage to convict him.. He was above the law and can defame anyone with impunity. son Lee Hsien did not deny his accusation and know it was a blatant lie but he did nothing to get his father to apologise and pay compensation. How can a prime miinister stoop so low to damage a person's reputation and standing  by telling a blatant lie and having it telecast to the world. Don't you think that Lee Kuan Yew had by such slanderous act showed himself to be a despiable scoundrel. How about his son ? Like father like son a chip of the old block a scoudrel like his father. Can Lee Kuan Yew be a Singapore Nelson Mandela? He fitted more like a Dracula.

Finally Lee Kuan Yew assigned Tsu Tse Kwang, Commissioner of Inland Revenue, to help him  put Francis away for good. Tsu was known as Lee Kuan Yew's poodle and he was expected to dig up evident to prosecute Francis. In a mysteirous was he ananged to dig up enough so-called evidence for two charges against Francis Seow for tax evasion.  think Francis knew that his time was up and he did not want to spend time in prison. So he hightailed to USU where he sought political asylum. This was his last resting place when he joined his ancestors. Lee Kuan Yew was able to breath a sigh of relief.

We come back to the present day Singapore. PM Lawrence Wong speaks with a flamboyaant rabble-sousing voice while DPM Gan Kim Yong in contrast speaks in a melodious tone that does not fail to mesmerise his listeners. That was shy I think a Gan kim Yong pritam Singh combination will transcend  the rabbler-rouser like Lawrence Wong  by binging Singapore to a greater height and prospeity. It may be a scenero but miracles can happen.
